Eat wisely:

  • Eat fresh foods
  • Dont eat too much/ overeat
  • Eat mostly plants
  • Drunk plenty of fluids

Basic Body Needs:

  • Get enough rest
  • Take care of your teeth
  • Go to the doctor for regular check ups


Keep yourself moving:

  • Exert yourself: exercise (walk instead of bus/car)

Protect your health:

  • Keep yourself clean: hand washing, bath, clean clothes & bed linens
  • Avoid infectious disease (cover mouth,nose)
  • Keep your house clean
  • Avoid injuring yourself

  • Maintain healthful ways
